Insyd 1999, group of doctors den university professors from insyd den outsyd of Sudan gather make dem think about establishing varsity plus qualitative specifications, wey go cover de country ein need for higher education got advanced level. Then dem begin dey plan den finance dis project from de shareholders.
Na de beginning be for 1999 insyd. After dat, dem fulfil de requirements of higher education, wey de college obtain de final approval for de year 2000 insyd, wen de college start plus two programs: Bachelors in Dentistry den Diploma in Dental Technology.

Elrazi University purchase land for current den future buildings. De total land wey de varsity dey own be more dan fifty-five thousand square meters, dese dey include:
1. Main university buildings.
2. Hospital buildings.
3. Elrazi 2 buildings.
4. De varsity ein radio buildings.
5. De Bank branch buildings, wey national bank dey operate am
6. University storage buildings den warehouses.
