insyd September 2022, Maltese Women's First Division side Swieqi United sign Konlan after na she dey part of de Ghanaian selection give de 2022 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup dem hold insyd Costa Rica.[2] Insyd May 2023, she extend ein contract plus Swieqi United give de next two seasons, as dem officially confirm by de Assikura Women's League club for Friday. Konlan play pivotal role insyd Swieqi United ein recent triumph insyd de Assikura Women's Knockout stage. Thru out de season, she hold on tight wey she concede six goals per. Insyd August 2023, Konlan sign one-year loan deal plus Al Hilal insyd Saudi Arabia, wey she depart from ein current club, Swieqi United FC. Dem make de announcement of ein move for Facebook top, plus de club dey express excitement for ein fresh journey insyd Season 23/24.[4][5]

Na Cynthia be part of Ghana ein under-17 team give de 2018 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup squads.[6] She play one match per, against Mexico wey she cam for top as substitute insyd de 95th minutes wey she play penalties wey dem lost 2–4.[7]

Na dem include Konlan insyd de under-20 team's lineup give de 2022 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup wey she play two games insyd Ghana ein group-stage exit.[8]

Konlan receive ein first call-up to de senior national team for de friendly match against Morocco for 12 April 2022, but ultimately she no play.[9] she make ein national team debut against Benin for 19 February 2023, wey sanso be friendly game.[10]
